The iMac G4 was released January of 2002 with a stunning design. I've heard it called, 'the lamp computer', 'the sunflower', 'the dome', etc.. In any case, its retro-furtist design attracted me immediately. As a dedicated internet/tech nostaglist, it's only natural that I'd own one of these hahah

I had very little experience working with computer hardware. Much less Apple "logic boards" from over two decades ago. This project was almost DOA three years ago unless I felt like learning about such things (which I didn't). That's when I found Juicy Crumb - a small group of engineers dedicated to giving a second life to old, gorgeous computers such as this one.

The process of replacing the logic boards was very easy, even for how clumsy I am. I have the 17 inch model specifically. Now, since the Juicy Crumb dock turns the Mac into a monitor, its optical drive does not work :C And I have lots of accessories plugged into the back of it haha.

Right now it has an M2 hooked up to it but I can realistically use any other apple device with it! I use it for casual browsing and making my silly little programs, but it can handle quite a lot! I'm so impressed by this tiny thing. Looking into how to run some AAA games on my iMac G4... I crave Oblivion. Was an expensive but totally worth it project. In the future I hope to do this with a G3, or possibly replace the insides completely and find a way to get a functional CD drive!

Adorable doll I made from felt, wire, cotton, and thread for my friend Zahra using a tutorial from @ssaaffron_ on TT!
Not many pictures sadly.. But it is certainly true to life! More to come :) They are so much fun to make

Im a doodler at heart and I doubt I will ever change my ways. Also never drawing a man.

Big beer fan here! I've made several different versions of this but still looking for the best way to attach the bottles to the case. They always fall off.. They're quite popular at bars! Maybe I should sell them? let me know!

Here are cool things my awesome friends are making:
